WOM is looking for a new trainee or apprentice as an industrial clerk. What this means in concrete terms, no one can describe better than someone already being trained in this area: our trainee Tamara, who is now working for us in her third year of apprenticeship.

If you ask Lukas, from Steinberg in Upper Franconia, what he likes most about his training as a production mechanic, he doesn’t have to think twice: It is the warmth and friendliness that is the corporate culture at WOM. Being on an equal footing with the trainers and being taken seriously – that is important to him and what spurs him on. And of course, he can fully live out his passion in the field of technology and manual skills. In the video he shows what training as a production mechanic at WOM is like (in German).
