At WOM, the team culture is particularly pronounced: We work together intensively, do sports together, engage in social activities, and celebrate together. The Christmas celebrations in Berlin, Ludwigsstadt and Reichenbach as well as Orlando were again the highlights of the year.
Jonas and Philip looked up spellbound: In the morning, they did not know each other yet, now they had already come together as a climbing duo. The new IT apprentice from Ludwigsstadt met new media designer apprentice from Berlin. Together with the two other new apprentices, the trainees of the later years, as well as the trainers, the two spent the day at the Waldkletterpark Kloster Banz. WOM thus continued its tradition of bringing together new and existing apprentices and welcoming them as new members of the “WOM family” right after the start of training at the beginning of September.
WOM once again awards a football for “Fair Play” in regional youth sports and equips the winning team with jerseys. The SG Steinberg in the B-Junior League District Ost-Kronach is this year’s happy recipient of the round trophy awarded to the fairest players on the football field.
In sports as at work: Teamwork is a top priority at WOM. “One for all, all for one” reigned supreme once more at the Berlin Team Relay Race for which five teams had registered this year. 5 x 5 x 5 was the motto: 5 teams with 5 runners at 5 kilometers per person.
