WOM has been one of the largest training companies in Ludwigsstadt for decades. Currently, 16 young people are being trained in seven occupations. What they find exciting about the company WOM and the medical technology industry, is summarized by 19-year-old Leah.
For the seventh time in a row, WOM awards its best trainee of the second year a VW up! The car is free use for one year – insurance and fuel costs included.
Our employees should receive the best possible support – according to this motto, the continuing education offers of WOM ACADEMY have been set up. On the customer side, as a full service OEM provider, we successfully bring marketing managers, sales representatives, and service technicians up to the latest level of expertise for the use and maintenance of our device technology.
Under the motto: “Let’s do something good together,” trainees from WOM were again actively involved. For the fourth time, they supported the charitable organization Ludwig-JVV (Jesus Connects Peoples), which has been organizing humanitarian aid for people in Ukraine for more than 20 years.
