WOM regularly offers its employees health courses and action days for prevention and health promotion. Once a year, a health day with great activities takes place at each location. In mid-June, the employees at the Ludwigsstadt production site were delighted with the invitation to the “Healthy All Around” activity day.
Under the motto: “Let’s do something good together,” trainees from WOM were again actively involved. For the fourth time, they supported the charitable organization Ludwig-JVV (Jesus Connects Peoples), which has been organizing humanitarian aid for people in Ukraine for more than 20 years.
As a manufacturer of medical devices, WOM is not only interested in the health of its patients, but especially in the health of its own employees. Therefore, another action day took place on March 22, 2018 at the Ludwigsstadt location in the context of the company health management.
If you ask Lukas, from Steinberg in Upper Franconia, what he likes most about his training as a production mechanic, he doesn’t have to think twice: It is the warmth and friendliness that is the corporate culture at WOM. Being on an equal footing with the trainers and being taken seriously – that is important to him and what spurs him on.
