WOM regularly offers its employees health courses and action days for prevention and health promotion. Once a year, a health day with great activities takes place at each location. In mid-June, the employees at the Ludwigsstadt production site were delighted with the invitation to the “Healthy All Around” activity day.
“I found my dream cleanroom job at WOM,” this statement is the core of the large integrated campaign, with which WOM in Upper Franconia and neighboring Thuringia is looking for new colleagues for the area of cleanroom production. The motifs with a mixture of clean room and dream job in connection with joyful colleagues point to our vacancies. In German, the slogan is #meinraumjob – a pun from the words clean room (Reinraum) and a dream job (Traumjob).
The signs of the times point to digitization. That’s not new. However, the latest acquisition of the WOM ACADEMY is new. With the keywords “compact and flexible,” it is advertised on the Internet. There is talk of trendy tablets, which will now be used in the course of training.

In sports as at work: Teamwork is a top priority at WOM. “One for all, all for one” reigned supreme once more at the Berlin Team Relay Race for which five teams had registered this year. 5 x 5 x 5 was the motto: 5 teams with 5 runners at 5 kilometers per person.
