Not even three years have passed since the opening ceremony of the impressive cleanroom facility with an investment of 3.9 million euros. The general building, which was awarded the prestigious “Lean and Green Award” in 2015, has already produced remarkable production figures: 1.5 million tube sets, about 2 million filter housings, and about 3.2 million tube connectors have been made since then and shipped around the world.

WOM promotes social commitment of its employees

As a company, WOM has been supporting social projects for a long time and does the same for its employees and their volunteer activities. Since March 2017, WOM is going one step further. Employees are given up to two days paid leave per year for community involvement, such as handicapped care, children and young people, helping those in need and the elderly, integration of refugees or environmental protection.

WOM is aware of its responsibility as a company. The fact that we are a medium-sized company with not even 500 employees around the world does not stop us from orienting our strategies and activities according to the principles of a sustainable global economy. Rather, it is important to us to set an example and lead by example – even on a small scale. This is fully in line with our principles of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), which have become an important part of our entrepreneurial thinking and acting.

WOMFORUM once again a great success

Series of lectures will take place in Berlin for the 4th time

The annual invitation to the WOM FORUM once again resulted in many visitors from the hospital network of WOM. The Forum has already become an established institution for doctors from the Berlin-Brandenburg region and enjoys great popularity. In addition to interesting lectures, the exchange between hospital and businesses is the special feature of the meeting.
