Under the motto: “Let’s do something good together,” trainees from WOM were again actively involved. For the fourth time, they supported the charitable organization Ludwig-JVV (Jesus Connects Peoples), which has been organizing humanitarian aid for people in Ukraine for more than 20 years.
WOM is growing, more and more new employees are coming on board and making us more efficient, more diverse and more exciting as a company. But who is who? And how do you know what kind of person hides behind the friendly greeting in the hallway?
The WOM soccer team took part in the indoor soccer tournament in Kronach for the fifth time. The event, in which company teams from the district of Kronach compete on the soccer field, was launched in 1980.

As part of an innovation project, Thomas, Tamara, and Julian developed a digital handbook that provides a wealth of information to help them find their way around their daily work.
