WOM regularly offers its employees health courses and action days for prevention and health promotion. Once a year, a health day with great activities takes place at each location. In mid-June, the employees at the Ludwigsstadt production site were delighted with the invitation to the “Healthy All Around” activity day.
Supported by external side, various information booths with a variety of activities on the subject of health attracted visitors in addition to interesting lectures.
A local health insurance company offered a stress measurement with cardio scan and a reactivity test. In the “Reactive Fascia” try-out course, exercises were done with the fascia roller.
The info booth of a Reha Team recorded a particularly high number of visitors. A treadmill offered the possibility of a video motion analysis. The digital walking and movement analysis can help to detect incorrect loads and thus prevent postural damage.
The care products and food supplements of a company with natural products drew a large crowd as well. Their products are manufactured from a native tree mushroom in the Franconian forest. In addition to tips on “Care for irritated and inflammatory skin”, medical cosmetics containing the tinder fungus could be tested as well.
The program was rounded off by an information booth by a self-help community for rheumatism patients of all ages from Kronach.
