In 2018, WOM was represented for the tenth time at the training fair in Kronach. More than 80 regional companies provided the opportunity to help with career choices.
Already at the beginning of the fair our booth was very well visited. We had our hands full to answer all the questions of the interested parties. Our attraction, the vortex box with great prizes, attracted many curious visitors to our stand.
At WOM the apprentices are allowed to participate in the booth. The young visitors to the trade fair are thus more relaxed when facing almost their peers who talk about their everyday work.
Our apprentices Tamara Wachter and Alexander Kunz continued to offer their apprenticeships in individual lectures Industrial clerk and mechatronics expert.
We were very pleased that the Kronach district administrator Klaus Löffler paid a visit to our booth.
In retrospect, we can say that the fair was a complete success again this year and look forward to the applications of many dedicated and motivated future trainees.
